The invicta 8926ob is a mechanical watch the combines the elegance and beauty of the higher end watches, while at the same time being friendly to the wearer’s budget.

The Invicta 8926OB belongs to the company’s Pro Diver series. Its design style is classic but it is also a high performance mechanical wrist watch, which you can use on your sports pursuits or any kind of outdoor adventures. The wrist watch is automatic, which means it does not need batteries of any sort that need to be replaced from time to time. It is run by automatic movement of the wearer’s wrist; while the wrist moves, the Invicta 8926OB gathers energy in its mechanical gears and coils and lets the energy out in the hour, minute, and seconds hands that indicate the time.

The Invicta 8926OB has a round, stainless steel casing connected by a stainless steel, triple link bracelet. The dial on the top is painted black so that you can read your time easily, even in environments that offer low light. The watch has the usual three-hand functions, and each hand is luminous and is coated with Tritnite. The hour markers are coated with the luminous material as well. The Invicta 8926OB has a conventional date display at the three o’clock position.

At the top, the dial area and the glass casing is actually covered with a mineral crystal that is scratch resistant and resilient enough to withstand shocks. This is framed by the black dial itself, which is a stainless steel bezel and can rotate in only one direction. The dial has a coin style engraving at the sides for easy grip and rotation. The watch’s dial is capable of telling you how much oxygen time you have left when you are diving.

The company also allows wearers the opportunity to see the insides of the watch, through a transparent skeleton caseback. With it, you can see the inner workings of the Invicta 8926OB, which is driven by Japanese automatic movement. The whole stainless steel casing of the watch is designed to be strong enough to withstand enormous pressure at 200 meters underwater.

The whole thing weighs only 1.3 lbs. The clasp type is a deployment, fold over clasp kind. The date adjustment crown is sensitive and requires specific instructions on how to operate it, or else the water resistance of the watch will be gone and water will seep inside. At any rate, once date adjustment and crown handling is done correctly, the Invicta 8926OB is able to provide you with valuable time in your underwater adventures.
